Clutch Fork
Clutch fork is a key component in the clutch mechanism, typically resembling a metal rod or lever. It converts the mechanical movement of the clutch pedal into pressure force applied to the clutch pressure plate and clutch release bearing. This enables the driver to engage or disengage the clutch disc by pressing or releasing the clutch pedal.
Clutch fork is directly connected to the clutch pedal. When the driver presses the clutch pedal, the clutch fork moves, applying or releasing pressure on the clutch pressure plate. This movement either disengages or engages the clutch disc, allowing the transfer or interruption of engine power to the transmission.
